What is spam?
In the context of electronic messaging, "spam" means unsolicited bulk email messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose.
Sendinn.com has a zero-tolerance spam policy.
Lists cannot be procured from outside parties unless the email sender has procured a list from an organization that sells or otherwise shares email distribution lists, and all of the following conditions are met:
(d) Records are kept of the date, time, IP address, and form location where the subscribing user signed up from.
(e) Users cannot populate lists with addresses obtained for a substantially different purpose than was originally disclosed to the user.
We provide a facility that enables users to send bulk email messages to their subscription lists.
Users must not use this facility to send spam, whether or not for a commercial purpose.
In the event of user spam
We will immediately terminate user's account.
We will refuse to refund user's account.
We might charge user money if user's spamming causes any interruptions in our ability to service other customers.
